Would have given 4.5/5 but for a few small details. Great location, really close to nightlife without being too noisy, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely clean rooms. Only losing marks because the tv kept turning itself off and couldn’t really cast from my phone to tv.

On arrival, our room was not ready. The receptionist kept calling the cleaner but it took some time for us to be allowed in our room. At first our key did not work so we had to go back to the reception. Shortly after settling into our room, the phone rang and then a knock on our door. It was the cleaner, she said she left her key in our room, when given access into our room she said don't worry and left. We rang reception to ask about the situation but the communication was poor and an explanation was not provided. The room was modern, comfy and clean. The TV chrome casting was intermittent but there were plenty of other channels available. The bed was an absolute dream, we both spelt very well and felt refreshed in the morning. We heard no noise apart from other rooms opening and closing their doors. Slight negative the shower pressure is poor. The location was great! The hotel is located on a quiet street in the city centre. Short walk to all the tourist attractions. Short walk from the train station. 30 minutes walk from international train station. Would recommend the hotel if you arrive late after check in time and have minimal interaction with the staff.

My partner and I stayed here for three nights on a city break. We arrived at the hotel three hours before check in in the hopes we could store our luggage ahead of exploring the city, and we were pleasantly surprised to find we were able to check in early! Pablo checked us in, and he was polite, efficient and friendly. We were even more surprised and delighted to find we were given an upgrade to a superior room! We were allocated room 505 and had an amazing view over grand place. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a TV with lots of channels, and the bathroom more than met requirements. The location of the hotel was really good too, and the value for money is excellent - you really are in the heart of Brussels. On check out, we had 8 hours to our flight, and they stored our luggage for as long as we required, which also felt like going above and beyond! We really had a lovely stay, and every single staff member was a pleasure to talk to. If we ever return to Brussels we would stay here without a doubt.

I love this hotel. Rooms was large and clean. Hotel locations was perfect, right on the middle of town and walking distance to food and attractions. Service was excellent and only limited breakfast, however, there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Good choice and will certainly stay here again
